This project is a four-star city hotel located in Sakarya, Turkey.
With a total gross floor area of 10,500 m², the hotel comprises 140 guest rooms, a 600-seat ballroom, four meeting rooms, an indoor swimming pool, and a high-end spa and wellness facility, offering a comprehensive range of services for both business and leisure guests.

Our Design Scope
Our team was responsible for the design of the MEP and fire protection systems for this project [LPh 1-5].
The entire planning phase was coordinated using BIM to ensure seamless coordination with the other disciplines.
