🔬 IMM Laboratory New Building

The IMM Laboratory New Building project is being constructed at Kopernikusstraße 14 in Aachen. The new facility will accommodate laboratory spaces that were previously located within the Institute of Metallurgy and Metal Physics (IMM) building. The building is organized across three levels:
• Basement level housing storage and technical rooms,
• Ground floor comprising laboratory and social areas,
• Upper floor containing laboratory spaces and technical areas, including ventilation systems.

Our Design Scope
As a subcontractor, IBS was responsible for the MEP design during Service Phase LPh 5.
Through smooth coordination during the design phase, a clash-free overall model of the MEP systems was successfully developed and delivered.
