🏢 Fatih Local Administration Building

Fatih Local Administration Building is an important public facility located in the Fatih district of Istanbul, where administrative activities of local authorities are carried out, public services are delivered, and district-level operations are coordinated.
Under the supervision of the Department of Zoning, Investment and Construction of the Provincial Special Administration, the building was restored and recommissioned with modern MEP systems, significantly enhancing user comfort and energy efficiency.

Area: 10.000 m²

Duration: 2013-2014
Our Design Scope
Within the scope of this project, a 3D architectural model of the existing building was developed, and the MEP systems were designed accordingly. [LPh 1-5]

At a time when BIM software was not yet widely adopted, the preparation of these 3D models generated considerable interest and satisfaction on the client side.
