🏭 TBE Biodiesel Production Plant

TBE Biodiesel Agricultural Energy Production Industry and Trade Inc. is a biodiesel production facility located in the Arslanbey Organized Industrial Zone in Kocaeli, Türkiye. The company operates as an industrial energy producer specializing in the conversion of waste vegetable oils into environmentally friendly biodiesel.
The facility is equipped with an automated production infrastructure designed for the efficient collection, processing, and conversion of waste vegetable oils into biodiesel. With an annual production capacity of approximately 50,000 tons, the plant produces high-quality biofuel in compliance with the EN 14214 European biodiesel standard.
TBE Biodiesel is recognized as one of the notable facilities in Türkiye focusing on biodiesel production from waste vegetable oils, contributing to the development of sustainable energy practices within the industry.

Our Design Scope
Our team was responsible for the design of the MEP and fire protection systems for this project and also undertook supervision duties during the construction phase.
