🏢 Erbil Governorate Building
The Erbil Governorate Building is a prestigious public facility located in northern Iraq and represents a key administrative
landmark for the region. The building serves as the headquarters of the Erbil Governorate and functions as a central administrative
hub where regional government activities are carried out. It plays both a symbolic and operational role in the relationship between
the Iraqi central government and local authorities

Our Design Scope
Within the scope of this project, a comprehensive 3D architectural model was developed, and the
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems were designed at [LPh 1-5] level.
At a time when BIM technologies were not yet widely adopted, the preparation of these 3D models generated significant interest
and satisfaction on the client’s side, contributing positively to coordination efficiency and informed decision-making throughout
the project.
